Cancellation Policy
At Amara Sereni Hotel, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Free Cancellation

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge until 12:00 PM (EAT) 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival.

Penalty Charge

If a cancellation is made after 12:00 PM (EAT) within 24 hours of the scheduled date of arrival, the guest will incur a penalty charge equivalent to the first night’s room rate.

No-Shows

A “No-Show” occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the reservation date of arrival without providing proper cancellation notification. In the event of a No-Show, the guest will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night’s room rate.

Terms and Conditions

  • The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made directly through The Choate Hotel & Restaurant’s official booking channels.
  • Any changes to existing reservations, including modifications or cancellations, must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
  • Group bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms and conditions, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Amara Sereni Hotel reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
